Lavent Roaster is a small-batch Vietnamese coffee roastery. We roast with intention — to present authentic Vietnamese flavors with clarity, balance and respect for the bean.

Relationships are the foundation of good coffee. We partner directly with farms across Dalat, Son La, Gia Lai and Dak Lak through long-term agreements built on transparency and equitable pricing.

Import & export

More than a roastery.

Beyond roasting, we import and export Vietnamese coffee both domestically and internationally. We supply green and roasted beans — with quality assurance — to coffee roasteries, cafés, bakeries, distributors and hospitality groups.

Our process

Small-batch roasting, evaluated daily.

Each batch is roasted in small quantities and assessed through daily cupping and sensory evaluation. We roast for natural sweetness, structural cleanliness and origin authenticity — while holding consistency batch after batch.
